An incredible hiking adventure for our group of 4 in the Cairngorms! Tom proved to be an outstanding guide, possessing an extensive expertise in the local plant and animal life, as well as the Cairngorms region. He exceeded our expectations in multiple aspects. I highly recommend Adventures Scotland. This country is fantastic in itself, but experiencing it through a guided tour by Adventures Scotland has taken it to a whole new level of incredible. This made the trip so easy as all I had to do was tell them what I was looking for on my trip and when I wanted to go and they planned the rest. The accommodations selected were very clean, comfortable and had wonderful hosts and delicious breakfasts. The hikes were all amazing. My guide had an incredible knowledge of all the places we went to as well as flora and fauna. Every day he took the time to study the weather conditions so that we could adapt our plans if necessary. A perfect trip that I will remember for a long time. If I ever go back to Scotland, it will be with Adventures Scotland, thank you for this amazing holiday!

In April this year, my husband and I decided to take my parents on a holiday trip to Outer Hebrides as we had never been before and always wanted to visit. I came across Adventure Scotland online and asked for a quote for them to organise a self drive tour. Within 24 hours we had a reply from Tom and after a brief conversation he went away and prepared a proposed itinerary for us. The team at Adventure Scotland took the pain away of organising the ferry crossings, hotel bookings and restaurant bookings. Before our departure, Tom sent a professional personalised guidebook with details of each place to stay and a selection of walks to do. The free voucher to use FATMAP meant we could follow the walks with GPS mapping so as never to get lost. The hotels and restaurants proposed were all excellently chosen and the whole experience was planned to perfection from Barra to Lewis. If you are looking for a trip of outstanding beauty with someone organising the hard work behind the scenes, then choose Adventure Scotland. Thanks to the team and Tom 😊

What a pleasant surprise for the 8 of us! Being French and from the alps we are hard to please :-). We could not believe how great the mounatins were. Ideal place for Ski touring! Profesional team, top guides and a beautiful country to explore. 14 people took part in the corporate hiking holiday. We were guided by Tom and Donas that made sure everything ran like a swiss clock! We were all experienced walkers but having guides in Scotland is big plus as the trails are not marked. The food was amazing, everyday we had updates on the weather and best places to go accordingly. A very nice break in a beautiful city! Edinburgh is full of history and has lots to see and visit. It's great for shopping and for food and drinks. Scotland really is full of hidden gems. Unspoiled beaches with turquoise sea, Wild mountains and secret beauty spots, it has it all. At times I had to remind myself where I was. We signed up for this trip because we wanted to go to Islay for the whisky! Islay is truly amazing and if you are into peaty whisky, this is the place to be! However the pleasant discovery was Arran and Jura. Not only have they got whisky too, but the scenery is breathtaking! The weather was changeable but we expected that!
